Dave Floyd is a Marketing Specialist for Robinson-Adams. He joined the company in 1995 after having worked ten years with another retail agency as a marketing account executive. He has over thirty years experience in the areas of retail agency operations, commercial lines company underwriter, insurance broker operations and commercial mass marketing account manager. Dave provides assistance to the agents in developing exposure information, completing submissions, marketing accounts, handling renewals and comparison of coverages and forms. Dave is a Certified Insurance Counselor and in 1999 received recognition from The Society of Certified Insurance Counselors for having maintained this designation through continuing insurance education for over ten years.

Dave Kendrick is the agency's Equipment Maintenance Insurance Specialist who joined Robinson-Adams Insurance in 1996. He designs and develops programs for equipment maintenance consolidation insurance for large corporations, schools, and governmental entities. In addition to the equipment maintenance accounts he works in production and sales of general commercial property and casualty insurance. He holds a degree in marketing from Jacksonville State University and has earned his Certified Insurance Counselors designation. Dave has been in the insurance business for twenty-five years and has experience in all aspects of the insurance industry from company underwriter through marketing to retail production.

Bob Wilkins joined Robinson-Adams in 1981 and has worked in office management, sales and marketing of commercial and personal insurance. Prior to joining Robinson-Adams he spent eight years working in auto and homeowner's insurance with a Birmingham based insurance company as underwriting supervisor from 1968 till 1976. He then went to work with a local insurance agency and was involved in sales of personal and commercial insurance from 1976 until 1981. When he joined Robinson-Adams there were only fifteen employees and now our organization has in excess of 150 employees.

J. William (Billy) Blair, Began his insurance career working in his father's agency, Blair Insurance, after graduating Vanderbilt University where he played intercollegiate football. After purchasing the agency, merged it with Cobbs, Allen & Hall in 1991, where Blair became a Director & Executive Vice President. In 2001 Blair sold his interest in CAH to pursue a different career. Over the next five years, Blair was involved with several entrepreneurial enterprises. He raised venture capital for several companies, was one of the developers of an exclusive gated community, and formed and oversaw the development of a software company which has moved to Connecticut. He holds a BA from Vanderbilt and had earned his CIC designation. Blair is married & has 3 daughters, ages 22, 20 & 16.

Gil Ferguson is a Producer at Robinson-Adams in the general Property & Casualty department. Gil graduated from the University of Georgia with a major in finance and real estate. Before joining Robinson-Adams, he spent five years in banking as a relationship manager where he concentrated in real estate development lending. Gil's main focus is to provide solutions to risk management and insurance problems of a broad range of small to large businesses. Gil is also active in personal lines and helping customers achieve the best possible coverage at competitive rates.
