Bobbi Harper is the Marketing Director and Underwriting Manager for the Health Care division of Robinson-Adams Insurance. She joined Robinson-Adams after twenty years of insurance sales and marketing experience. Bobbi has served on various insurance advisory committees and is a member of the National Council for Health Care Agents, a group of dedicated insurance agents from across the country writing long term care professional liability services. Karen Romeo is an Account Manager for the Assisted Living Book of Business in the Health Care Division of Robinson-Adams Insurance. She is an Alabama licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent. Her main responsibilities are maintaining a current book of assisted living facilities that includes various property/casualty coverages and professional liability coverage, as well as the handling of all customer service needs of the insured. Prior to joining Robinson-Adams, Karen worked as a Reinsurance Analyst/Accountant with another local firm for more than twenty years in their Reinsurance Division. Brooke Tollison, MBA, AIC - Account Manager. She obtained a BS in Finance from Auburn University and an MBA from Jacksonville State University where she was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma. Prior to joining Robinson Adams Insurance, she worked as a credit manager and as an office manager. Brooke joined Robinson Adams Insurance as a Claim Assistant, then became a Claim Examiner. Brooke obtained an Associate in Claims designation from the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters and Insurance Institute of America. She is currently a licensed adjuster in Alabama. Brooke transferred to the Underwriting Department where she is an Account manager.
